Clearwell ActiveX Native Viewer Installation

Background:

Are you frustrated with Clearwell ActiveX / Native Viewer installation?

You might have run into situation where the native viewer will work only for the Administrator, not the regular user.

You might have tried to install the BravaX Client when prompted and even after typing in the Admin password, it still doesn't work properly.

You might run into not having the requisite of VC Runtime installed.

As a long time user of Clearwell, I wanted to give  you a solution that will resolve all the above situation.

I have created a BAT file which if executed, will always make sure that Native Viewer will work without any issue. In fact  you can even schedule this BAT file via your enterprise BigFix or any other software management tool to push it out to your end-users.

Here is the link for the ZIP file. Download it and save it under c:\temp and unzip in that directory.

Click on Install_Native_Viewer.bat and it will install native viewer successfully. You can even see it in the control panel -> Program Install
